As a marine biologist and diving instructor from the Bahamas, my family's recent stay at Kirkgate House Bed & Breakfast was genuinely enjoyable. The hosts welcomed us with open arms and provided clear communication not just upon arrival but throughout our visit, enhancing the feeling of being at home. Nestled in the charming town of Knaresborough, the location proved ideal. With beautiful views of Knaresborough Castle from our window, each day felt like a postcard moment. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as real milk for our tea and the delightful selection of biscuits that greeted us in our room. Although the room was somewhat compact, it still offered a relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after days filled with exploration. Our family delighted in local activities, including renting boats on the River Nidd, which was a fun outing. the proximity to attractions like Harrogate Golf Club and the Turkish Baths made our stay even more fulfilling. The breakfast was generous-plenty to fuel our adventures.
